Your First Practice: Lesson One

The instructions for these breathing classes are simple. Many people will be fine, not looking at all the instructional videos. Questions are bound to come up.

If you have questions, Be sure you understand all the video explanations on the techniques, before beginning your first lesson "Language of the Body." The videos explain what is being guided in the daily Audio Lessons.

Once you know the system, begin your daily 25 minute practice with  "Lesson 1 - Audio only."  Everyday you will get a new audio lesson with a new topic or theme.

Why audio? Your eyes will be closed when you do this practice. Video is not appropriate nor desirable, once you know what you are doing.

If you listen to this audio track and you still are not sure of what is being guided, review the "Full Video Demonstration of the the Entire Practice."

Lesson One Audio Only: Today's topic is "What does it mean to 'listen to the body?'"

The best way to do this course is in the early morning before everyone is awake. Start your day with the breath!

Lesson 3 - How to Reduce Pain 101

Lengthen your Exhale.

Whenever you have a free moment, focus on lengthening your exhale. Sensations will decrease in the body. It calms the mind. So easy.

There is an advanced practice on "How to Reduce Pain 201" and you will find it in "The Big Course." That extraordinary lesson requires many months of practice before the door to that practice e can be unlocked.

90 minute yoga class

I think you will really enjoy this full length class recorded at Cosmic Yoga in Cranston, RI on Jan 26, 2020.

It is recommended to play the audio version because you don't really want to be looking at a video screen as you practice. The sequence of poses is easy enough to follow for most people who are familiar with yoga, with maybe a few exceptions.

This was created for those who don't quite understand which posture is being lead. At a future time, this video will be redone with models following the sequence. The choice was to get this out sooner rather than later. Hope you enjoy the dialogue!

Lesson 4 - Wake up the Brain

This is so simple, profound and soothing.

Long Exhales get longer when you add sound. You will be able to sustain your long exhale when combined with humming in this day's lesson.

The Bumble Bee is often the "breakthrough Lesson" when focus, breath and internal awareness all come together.

Lesson 5 - The Bells Practice

Use your intuition and respond intuitively.

Do I need more guidance today? Is my mind messy?

Or do I need more quiet?

Begin with the Breath.

By practice alone, one realizes the extraordinary value of Left Right Breath.  Don't "control" the breath. Let it go. Practice everyday, many times a day, for a really long time. Then you will know. Support your elbows. Hands in prayer pose. Relax your neck and shoulders.  You can do this!
After many months, your breath will become very refined, slow, and filled with deep contentment. These courses will take you there.
